Does Opsite integrate with GoHighLevel? Yes. A connected HighLevel location can send contact and opportunity events into Opsite's contractor lead workflow. Opsite proposal events can add status tags to the related HighLevel contact. That is a useful handoff for a GC whose marketing team uses HighLevel and whose project team works in Opsite. It is not a full two-way mirror of every pipeline stage, job, invoice, or client record.
Disclosure: Opsite publishes this article about its own integration. The behavior below describes the implemented event paths reviewed September 28, 2026, not a measured customer outcome. Ask us to demonstrate the flow in a connected test account before depending on it for a sales process.
What syncs today?
HighLevel contact created
A new contact event can create a lead in the connected contractor's Opsite account, with available name, email, phone, and address. Demo check: Create one test contact and confirm the right Opsite account and lead record receive it.
HighLevel contact updated
For a contact already linked by its HighLevel ID, available name, email, phone, and address changes can update the Opsite lead. Demo check: Change a phone number, then verify the linked lead. Do not assume every HighLevel custom field is mapped.
HighLevel opportunity created or updated
The opportunity ID can be linked to its matching Opsite lead. A HighLevel opportunity reported as won can move that lead to Opsite's Converted stage. Demo check: Test an opportunity transition and confirm the matching contact and lead.
Opsite proposal sent, accepted, or declined
Opsite can upsert the related HighLevel contact and add proposal-status tags. It does not move a HighLevel opportunity to a new pipeline stage. Demo check: Send and resolve a sample proposal; inspect contact tags and the opportunity stage separately.
HighLevel's own webhook documentation distinguishes contact and opportunity events. Its contact upsert documentation says matching depends on the location's duplicate-contact settings. The Add Tags endpoint is a separate operation. Check your location settings and verify the actual contact selected in a test.
What should you not assume?
Connecting the accounts does not establish that every historic contact is backfilled, every HighLevel field maps into Opsite, or an Opsite proposal acceptance changes a HighLevel opportunity stage. Job budgets, draws, invoices, and subcontractor documents are not part of the event paths described above. If your agency's automations depend on a particular stage or tag, test that exact trigger before turning it on for live prospects.
Delivery also depends on a valid connection and the event reaching the integration. Build a simple exception check into your sales routine: compare a small sample of newly created contacts, won opportunities, and proposal tags between the two systems. Decide which system owns each field when staff edit a record in both places.
A ten-minute GC handoff test
- Connect the correct HighLevel location. In Opsite Settings, open Integrations and authorize the location used for your GC sales pipeline. Confirm which Opsite contractor account is selected.
- Create a fictional or permissioned lead in HighLevel. Check its name, email, phone, and address in the matching Opsite lead. Change one field and verify the update.
- Move a test opportunity to won in HighLevel. Confirm that the linked Opsite lead moves to Converted. Keep an eye on duplicate contacts and unmatched opportunity IDs.
- Send an Opsite proposal for a linked lead. Check the resulting HighLevel contact tag. Then accept or decline the sample proposal and inspect the new tag. Check the opportunity stage separately; it is not moved by this proposal-tag path.
- Write down the handoff rule. Name the person who checks sync exceptions and the system of record for a proposal decision, job start, and invoice.
Is this the right stack for your contracting business?
If HighLevel already handles your marketing campaigns and Opsite fits your multi-phase jobs, the contact-to-lead and proposal-tag handoff may reduce some duplicate entry. If your purchase depends on complete bidirectional pipeline stages or financial-record sync, ask for that specific behavior in a demo and do not assume it from the word “integration.” Confirm the feature and plan that would be included in your quote.
